You must not eat that much buttered toast, then. The only difference between a hospital flip and a casper flip is back foot placement halfway through the trick. In a hospital flip (as seen in this video) you use your front foot to scoop/flip the board back on to its wheels. For a casper, your back foot gets placed on the tail while the board is upside down in the air before flipping it right side up.
