Most of the time, the identify the good/evil twins correctly, and the good twin is asked to push the evil one into the volcano, which never happens. Sabrina's case was an exception since she was first identified as the evil one. In other words, Katrina was the only person who actually pushed her twin into the volcano, and she got put in jail for the conduct. They say it in the episode "You Can't Twin."
