@MrNoadGoesRawr - Kennywood took this ride out because of 1.) Nobody ever really rode it. and 2.) The major break down that it had. It left a whole load of people upside down for about 30 minutes.. all because of a piece of dust in the little control board.

@Nateg1345 yes i was on it when it broke down that time i have a video of me on it when it happened look at our other videos and you will find it. we didnt record the break down the whole time because we were worried.

@MrNoahGoesRawr well it uses to spray the riders with those water fountains......but then ppl kept complaining and mold started to develop on the seat cuz of the water.... then afterwards that ride kept breaking down....so they took it out and took it back to where they got it, kennywood's sister park, lake compounce in CT.

@daredfoxchick889 broke down all the time and people were getting hurt on it, that's why. When "the breakdown" happened, ride lost so much business, and this ride sux anyway, glad they took it out, hated it :)

This was such a great ride! I remember my first time riding in sixth grade I rode litterally 20 times in a row because the line was so short! I was so dissapointed when they took it out! And if it was unsafe, they wouldn't have managed to keep the ride all that time you know? Like wouldn't it have to pass certain things to make sure it was a safe ride?

@spairpartsdealer I think because of safety hazards. Reason being was because it got so close to the ground. Like for instance, my sister's hair would touch the ground as we spun.

They took it out last year, It broke down ALOT. a group of people were stuck upside down on it for like 11 minutes. Everyone was ok though. I never rode it for that reason.

topspin rides (king kahuna) are one of my favorite types of rides, but they are terribly hard to maintain and thus most get trashed. king kahuna was one of my favorite rides at the park and i'm sad it's gone. they could put some kind of small ride there. a ride like "the claw" at hersheypark would probably fit there.

The King Khuna was one of the most troublesome rides in the park. It was a problem for the park and riders. I think removing it was a smart idea. I think its safe to say the Cosmic Chaos is practically the same, except not going upside down. The thrill factor would probably be similar.
