Usually it's just too loud for your ears to process so it sounds like garbage. Similarly the camera mic can be overwhelmed. This place had great acoustics though.

If Anette can hit the high notes, she`ll be a 10. She`s 9.99 now. But then again, she is new and is still training her voice having her trainer on tour. Could you imagine how her voice will mature on her second album with nightwish?? Cant wait!!

Anette isn't so bad but Nightwish isn't the same band without Tarja. I really miss her and her style...I personally think that she was true metal girl...she was sophisticated and her voice was better and stronger than voice Anette.But Anette is so kind.

We would not complain if she was great in live videos Anettes voice seems drowned out by the music which means her vocals either aren't strong enough for performance or better quality video would help, add a video live that shows her voice clearly maybe that is the problem here. It is this sound that fuels the rage and the impression she has a tiny voice. You can't stay true to a band that have a completely different sound! A voice is an instrument!

Well considering I have a 140 dollar digital camera with a mono microphone it's not the best quality. She was very clear at the concert, the only problem I found was she doesn't do well with the high notes. It's squeaky and annoying as opposed to Tarja who kept the full operatic sound. Notice there aren't any extremely High notes in Dark Passion Play.

Dark Passion Play is the most complex and diverse Album and has got more elements in it than 10 bands... so the songwriting has definetly improved... How can you not like the structures of songs like The Poet And The Pendulum, Or Sahara, or Cadence of her last breath, or Master Passion Greed or Last of the wilds, or meadows of heaven, gosh I could go on and on and name every track... exept whoever brings the night... that track is the weakest... but that's the only weak song

Toumas is right when he says, that the poet and the pendulum is his best song. Master passion greed is good too but amaranth, bye bye beautiful and cadence too all these songs are same builded and and that was in once or all other albums different.

DPP is more rock then metal, and that's why i don't like the songwriting

I just wonder why Marco doesn't sing all of the chorus. He says "Whoa" instead of finishing the phrase twice. It wasn't just this show, he did it on the show I replied to, I think in the same spot. Anyone know why?
