Tunable has a head that is adjustable, while the non tunable is a solid pipe. Because they are both cylindrical however you'll never have them in perfect tune, you need to get the conical bore for that.
yes (more or less). The higher 'flutes' are properly fifes or piccolos (as you prefer). But this is by the looks of it a Dixon tuneable polymer flute in D.
According to the Dixon website their flutes are conical bore.
