As mentioned, Nicholas did not give the order to fire on Bloody Sunday but he didn't know about it and could not have stopped it because he was in Tsarskoe Selo 30 miles away in the Alexander Palace. He was incredibly upset when he learned of the deaths. His location and his reactions are well documented.
also I think they kept rasputen on because in Edvard Razinskys book " Rasputan ," many people from siberia used live cows blood, like a transfusion, so that the blood could clot, so thats maybe way they kept Rasputin, just a thought, now I'm reading Alexander 1,Nicholas 1 and the crimean war :) thanx for sharing these wonderful videos
