this might be mk12 or mk10, I don't think its mk20. but i would say mk12 which is slightly bigger version of mk10. if you r planning to put it on a bike, i suggest you get a hs(high speed) version as they rev more and produce more power, on hs models the carb is a s10/2 needle jet carb with throttle cable connected to the slider in the carb. This engine is more suitable for running longer and slower so its using a b10 carb hooked to a governor.
Very nice thats either a mk10 or mk12. The mk10 had a 50mm bore and stroke while the mk12 had a 55mm bore and 50mm stroke.
Impresivley low idle, I have a mk12 HS and that won't idle below about 900RPM unless it's on load!

Difficult to see what model, as you do not hold the camera steady enough or show the carb, but i think it could well be a Mk10
