  • Very nice thats either a mk10 or mk12. The mk10 had a 50mm bore and stroke while the mk12 had a 55mm bore and 50mm stroke.

Impresivley low idle, I have a mk12 HS and that won't idle below about 900RPM unless it's on load!

  • should overheat pretty quick with no shroud or fins on the flywheel

  • are all the head bolts in that thing? Cool engine!

  • That is an mk20 because i know abot mk10 + i own one

  • this is a mk10 with out the air shroud.

    very nice engine

  • im sure it is a mk 10 engine by villiers

  • i found that out last month (measured the bore and the stroke!)

    thanks anyway!

  • why do you have 2 stroke in a 4 stroke engine!!!!!!!!

  • because i only have normal petrol sometimes!(always have 2 stroke because i had a 2 stroke motorbike and the mix was done so i had no normal petrol left)

  • this might be mk12 or mk10, I don't think its mk20. but i would say mk12 which is slightly bigger version of mk10. if you r planning to put it on a bike, i suggest you get a hs(high speed) version as they rev more and produce more power, on hs models the carb is a s10/2 needle jet carb with throttle cable connected to the slider in the carb. This engine is more suitable for running longer and slower so its using a b10 carb hooked to a governor.

  • mk10 or mk12

  • mesmo lindo a pegar

  • mk20 i had a mk10 and it dont look like that

  • Difficult to see what model, as you do not hold the camera steady enough or show the carb, but i think it could well be a Mk10
