Internal speker not working at all. My solution is using Creative USB Sound Blaster X-Fi pro.it work OOB. I'm now running snow leopard, install usinh myhack 1.1.4. Update to 10.6.6 using combo update and install legecy kernel 10.6.6. I will post the video soon.
Also there is a guide on google that you can easily find. Just google Dell Optiplex GX520 hackintosh and go to the Insanely Mac link. It should be the first link. Just don't do what they say for the network. If it still does not work I will try and make a video on how to install it.
All i did was go into the network drivers or as they call kexts and deselected the wifi drivers and just left the default drivers that were selected for the ethernet. I used Kalyway 10.5.2 to install so you might want to get that.
When using Kalyway 10.5.2 to install, do leave the default network settings that they have selected. I have the exact same computer and have successfully installed it and everything works.
please follow installation guide at osx86 wiki "10.6.6 Hardware Compatibility: desktop computer".

this is the command you need to get the NETWORK to work!! THUMBS UP if it worked....
sudo ifconfig en0 ether 00:00:00:00:00:00
replace the 0's with your MAC ADDRESS.... Make sure to get that before you install MAC..... in windows command prompt type: ipconfig /all
get the PHYSICAL ADDRESS, thats your MAC Address.... write it down and use it with the above command in TERMINAL once OSX is installed.....
