The martial arts is just to assist you by making you me careful. It doesn't give you super power. one with a very clear head doesn't nid martial arts coz he can alrd figure out how to block and attack. That is martial art.

Chinese have more advanced and sophisticated martial arts than Japanese.

Japanese didn't have their own martial arts until Shaolin Kungfu was spread to Ryuku Kingdom in the 14th century, which it eventually became known as Karate.

I'm not saying the demo wasn't realistic, because of course it is a demo. I'm saying the techniques are unrealistic. eg. double drop kick, doing a back flip when the guy grabs your foot, etc.

the octagon is nothing like a real life fight where I live in the inner city the fights look a lot different than the padded octagon of the UFC lets see someone do Brazilian Ju-Jitsu on a sidewalk covered in broken glass. As for this video it was just a performance to impress. Yet they are good at what they do

No not at all but these san shou guys can fight realistically if they have to. Krav Maga is excellent for street fighting, I totally agree and it is battle tested in Israel all the time

actually the back flip is not really a move but is resulted as a counterforce, once one's foot is grabed it's not very possible to keep the balance and also has no room for the body to neutralize the counterforce , sometimes will just fell onto the ground and sometimes maybe a back flip.

i used to see someone doing this in a real fight but he only finished half of the flip and fell on the ground.
