Makes sense to me. I am interested in seeing how my setup compares to this. Ive been running 30lbs of boost on my car with current tune no hiccups at all. Not an apples to apples comparision as my car is tuned for meth injection and is FSI but will be close enough. Car is a fun daily driver and complete sleeper status.

nice wonder who the billet 3071 on FSI tune compares. You guys are making nice gains with the TSI motor. Does this require upgraded internals? Is the exhaust manifold also T25 like it is in FSI kit or is it larger?

@sabbanick We ran this kit on stock internals but we don't feel it's safe to do so for a long period of time so we are telling customers to upgrade the rods. The Exhaust manifold is investment case inconel, T25, just like the FSI.

@h8tow8ck You'll be up another 50 or so HP and much more so with race fuel. The turbo, injectors and software are upgraded to make all this extra power. :)

@APRVideos I wonder at what point do we reach the limit of what 2.0 block can push?? Forcing more fuel at higher octane/ignition/compression with bigger blower.. looks like tons of wheel spin between 60-85mph?

I'll make couple predictions from total newb stand-point:

1. 0-62mpg time will still be above 5sec w Stage III+ (Only so much FWD can put down)

2. Sales of Stg 3 will drop when compared to Stage III+

Final question, how does turbo lag compare between GT3071R Stage 3+ vs Stage 3 turbo?

@h8tow8ck We suggest upgrading connecting rods to support this power.

Stage 3+ currently spools just as fast as stage 3 though advanced calibration changes we made.

@APRVideos I dunno how you spool up bigger blower that fast... Then again I don't know how BMW switched 335i back from couple small turbos back to single turbo either. So when do we start H20 like fest on West Coast where we can see APR promos/cars :) Final thought, let's drop Stage III+ into Golf R and compare 1/4 times with FWD GTI would love to see how this power can be put to even better use.
