Cuyahoga River Flood in Cuyahoga Hieghts

River floods the Cayuhoga Water Works every Spring, sometimes to the P&O canal fill used now by CSX. Fill came from the hill back of Heslop Apartments. The canal prism is at the bottom of that cut with a chain link fence installed in the center of the prism. The RR tracks are south of the prism, angling into the prism to use the Waterworks fill and then the canal cut back of River Estates.
