The crossing looks old. WRRS gearbox? I bet this crossing used to have a A-frame gate. Good video!

A late reply but as far as the gearbox, I dont know however this is one of the older sections of the system so you may be right about the A Frame.
You had an unusually long wait for the train to arrive. It wasn't going that fast. Why is it set up for over a minute warning. Most crossings are set up for 30 second warning.
