I agree that The Kovenant should be getting more attention than they are. I also agree that Night Electric Night was horrible compared to anything off of Termination Bliss as far as Deathstars go..

The Kovenant has a fucking amazing cd in like 3 different genres, how many bands can do that?

It is Industrial black metal, actually. They used to make black metal on the earlier albums, but went industrial with S.E.T.I. probably due to the band's love for science fiction.

SETI isn't as heavy, is all. They're both technically forms of Industrial, though XP

I'm not going to lie, I don't like the "video" you've made at all. It's not hard to string together a series of photos.

But I atleast credit you with attempting to do something to make The Kovenant a little more public and a bigger name in the industry. (Seeing as how transhumanist-themed industrial isn't a very big scene.)

Yeah, the point was to simply put the music out there without it just being a single picture. I did do a GMV with the song Star By Star, if you're that concerned with watching a video. ^^

there's a lot of atheist proclamation and messages in S.E.T.I lyrics. I like that, because I'm atheist.

I like the sci-fi, the cyberpunk themathic, etc. etc. That's simply another reason to like them so far.

This song is one of the best from the album.

There are three songs of the album I consider weak: "Planet of Apes", "Keepers of the Garden", and "Industrial Twilight". But the rest, simply AMAZING.

Lex Icon is actually a satanist, though that's more prominent in his other band Troll and with his time he spent as the bassist of Dimmu Borgir, but yeah, I like the lyrical content. :3

I first heard them through "Star By Star" so that song is awesome to me.
