Main reason this works so well is Tony Head's top class performance, utterly straight (forgive the pun). He is such a good actor that he actually made it believable that Michael repeatedly failed to notice what Sebastian was up to most of the time.

I agree, no one can replace Anthony Head as PM. I like this version way better than when Matt played PM. Head played his character so well that he does appear to be genuinely oblivious of Sebastian's intentions. Thus, SO FUNNY.

Nope, never heard of that. I'd guess they wouldn't be able to get away with it in most of the U.S. (big cities, probably more of a chance) but my area is conservative Christian, so definitely not where I live. On my campus (which is in a different state) they would be able to do it; the surrounding area...would have to be in the right venue.
