This is a collection of various Ayaats and Duas put together to form the Hizb ul Bahr (The Orison of the Seas). The Hizb has come to us through Shaykh Shadhili, may Allah sanctify his secret. One of the blessings of the Hizb is the protection it provides for the reciter against misfortune and calamity. It is also a beautiful way to soften the heart and incline it towards its Creator, in total humility.
