Trump has been plugging away for Dubai for years. From what I've heard, it really is an impressive place but Trump's enthusiasm seems over the top. I have a feeling his Dubai sales pitch is meant for potential investors/bankers. I'm not a real estate expert but as an American, I know I wouldn't want to own a hotel in a part of the world where there a lot of people who would like nothing more than to blow it up.
