bodyline assholes form is over-rated, Ronnie, Jay, Branch have you guys seen their videos form out the window pure power and as many reps as they can do, point is keeping tension on the muscle is the most important thing not form dumbasses.
form has everything to do with it. if you dont go all the way down, you dont get the full stretch of the muscle, therefore not using the muscle to the full potential.
Agreed the form was def lacking but 110 in each hand is pretty nuts. I am a fat ass and I can press 80s in each hand...at least last time I lifted heavy.
@burtonbrdr154 oh shut up about form and motion it's retarded to think form has any thing to do with bodybuilding if one get a pump doing reps his way why the fuck would you start babbling about form ? Most of the time people talking about form are skinny. Look at Coleman if it works for him it will probably work for others also.
So stop bitching about form and get to the fucking GYM and start working out dammit.
Got a questions: is it best to work to failure or have a challenge workout you can finish? I can bench around 325-335 and squats are around 450-460. I've been doing regular sets and not working to failure, I want to try it out what can I expect? thanks for any feed back guys.
you're so stupid, lol. i train with 3+ elite lifters and yes i have been to a meet. i dont care if you don't believe my 455 pull. it's not like it's a "world record" anyways. rofl. 455 is shit and i know that, i need to get my pull up. but that doesn't mean that i don't know anything. i know powerlifters train with boards but they RARELY touch and go in a shirt. and no shit they train raw. you're just saying a bunch of shit that is common sense.
they touch and go if they go raw but if they're competing in a shirt they pause it, and they always use leg drive and an arch. ask any good powerlifter and they will tell you.
and those videos are old. i pulled 495 from the pins a few weeks ago and pulled 455 from the floor easily after 8x3 of squats
i know more than your fat ass knows, rofl. i've seen your videos, you don't even have any form. are you bench only? what the fuck do you even know about benching? just because you can put up 4 plates doesnt mean you know shit. you have no arch, no leg drive, and your hands are so far out that you can barely even unrack a submaximal weight by yourself. you just sit there flat backed and push it up and down and think you know something
yeah no shit powerlifters use board presses. for main powerlifting movements, they lock out the weight no matter if they're going from a board or from their chest. if they dont lock it out it's no lift. Ryan Kennelly's 405x20 wasn't heavy for him, that was more like a burnout/reptetition set...not a heavy set of 1-3 reps.
U fucktards if u go all the way down to ur chin u can seriously injure ur cuffs and shoulder blades. This is why ur shoulders are gonna be fucked up sooner or later. Leave the fuckin guy alone u cunts
Actually, the idea is to bring the weights down to your shoulders but to not fully lock out. Ask any competative lifter and they'll tell you that what this guy is doing in this video is fucking hilarious and barely works a goddamn thing. Get off his nuts, he's not all that strong.
more better muscle development and definition he should have used 80's and gone almost all the way down and done the movement slower and for 12-14 reps. but he was probably doing this on his last set for mass and shock his shoulders. That is a very impressive lift---not people can do that for shoulder press.
Leave your ego at the door and do full range reps. And yes I can do more than that for reps with a full range before you pop off with some stupid comment.
lol if there was a bar that wouldn't of even touched the top of your head! LMAO

to all the ppl bitching about full range of motion, if you come any lower you just put stress on the rotator cuff, not the shoulders...

When your doing heavy weight and break 90 degrees on the way down it puts a lot of stress on your cuff.

you may as well press 90kg dummies, because obviously you arent concerned about form

you're a moron. a competitive lifter uses a full range of motion and locks out the weights. a competitive bodybuilder doesnt lock out the weight
