yes i think it reveals the trueself .. and whats all in your individual unconciouse.. i was sold weed one time laced with salvia and was very unprepared and i feel like i fell into hell.. its so real ..it MAKES THE SEEKER FACE THE TRUTH OF ALL THINGS and makes u realize how u and the world is soooooo asleep.... so u must be prepared to see it and just accept it woth no fear or shame or guilt..but ready to let go..
Wow this is 100% what I experienced after torching an entire half gram of 20X. It's like a sudden realization hits you that your entire life wasn't real and that it's all been one big joke and everyone knew except you. This is powerful stuff not for the weak minded.

I'd neither encourage nor discourage you - it's your choice but you should know that salvia has a temper. If you don't treat it with the respect it deserves...well, you'll know about it. If you do decide to go all psychonaut then have a sober sitter to start with - someone you trust with your life.
Salvia can be a life changing experience but some of the extracts are very potent. I stick to plain leaf after one experience that was closer to Hellraiser than heaven :(

I can relate to this experience. Not sure of this was what you were going for, but my psychedelic trips are often characterized by a profound epiphanies which change the way I look at everything: myself, the world, reality. This is pretty much what's happening in this scene, too. It captures that feeling well.
