@tatsurider Spirit's always having special deals to get stuff 10-25% off throughout the Halloween month.. and on the first of November - everything is Half off.. so yeah, I would never pay full price at Spirit. Like them on Facebook and get on their junk-mail list. I managed to pick Demonica up the other day for around 96 dollars. Not bad.

I got her the first day they open September 1st! Blaine location..She is very purple this year and I think it looks better then last year! I haven't had any problems with her what so ever... I would have to say she is the best prop Halloween spirit.!!

the wires came off the motor alot one the 2010 version i hope this on has more secure on the motor so i dont have to go through all that sautering again

Well, the prop last year had a problem with the cable that attached to the head. It is what pulls the head back when she is fully risen. The cable was tied to short and just needed to be adjusted to the correct length so she could move freely. Customers thought automatically that she was broken and returned her. So they more than likely just put a better cable on it with the correct length.

I picked up the one offered last year and the trick-or-treaters loved it. :0)

I honestly can't tell the difference with this "new & improved" version, so I assume it's a technical and/or minor modification.

@Silverpsycho78 I actually liked last year's Demonica more. Her skin was more grey flesh as opposed to this year's purple.. and her movements were more jerky and creepy.

@sirlordwhitman After pulling out my old Demonica from last year, I definitely saw the differences. I like the grey-ish skin-tone a lot more and her movements are less fluid. I think Spirit also made it so the consumer had less building/putting together than with the old model, as the box is much bigger and less assembly is required. Still...I'd rather have the model I have. :0) So yes, I wholeheartedly agree with everything you said.
