Damage reduction from him being at the edge of the blast of one of them, as well as the damage reduction that lasts for five seconds after a sticky bomb lands, in order for it to be merciful on acrobatic demomen and if someone uses stickies in combat. Far as I know, if that happened in an actual game he'd have 10-40 HP left after all that including fallin
