Pick up a study book from a library, that should get you started. There are many practice tests online you can take. When you think you are ready to take your test look up on arrl . org for a local exam location.

Congratulations !
You will be an excellent Amateur in the near future.
Passed my test just recently, but only class 4 / technician.
Guess this will do for a while, need it for emergency purposes only when I am out in the mountains here in Japan.
Hope to see more technical stuff from you, make it please easy so that I can keep-up with all that.
Kind regards, KJ6ARR from Japan
(Will get my Japanese call-sign soon / not on the air till then)
