Ok so it's one thing i don't get from the original anime... In the last epsiode when all is lost so to speak, then it's said that the traitor was found, trailed and senteced in secret... And then we see Integra in "chains" behind guarded doors. So my question is if Integra was the traitor and then why.

I dont think that Integrad was the traitor, shed be fighting against her own organisation and from all we've seen before, Integra and her father and all her ideological britism (if I can say that^^) doesn't speak for her beeing the traitor. Anyway, she goes to jail because the other knights of the round table betraied her, so I guess one of the guys of the round table was the traitor. Since none of this ever happened in the original manga theese are of course just assumptions.
