At the gym, I'm dying: I do the elliptical which is much easier than running! But it's still tough. You should try it. It doesn't slam on your joints. Today I went for a half hour and burned 372 calories. Not amazing, but good enough for now. When I get under 200 I'm going to start running because it annoys me that I suck and I can't run for more than 15 seconds. :P
