I can't believe I only just bought this album 34 years after release, but I can't stop playing it right through again and again. So much talent, awesome.
@deltango66 I was 18 the first time I had the 8 track tape of this album, my mother in law who didn't read to well ordered it from one of companies back in the 70's where you could order about 20 eight tracks for a little of nothing. She gave me the track, I loved ever song on the eight track. Those were the days.

@Inteva what's crazy is some of the song's he gave to MJ he wrote for HeatWave first but they rejected them so he gave them to MJ instead, and the rest is history. Many of the songs were on MJ's Off The Wall album....wow.
totally awesome live was lucky enuff to see them live twice first time when they were support to tavares they totally stole the show johnny wilder jnr sounded as good if not better than their records the hairs on the back on my neck still stand up when i remember him singing always and forever true legend R.I.P.

I wish I had the lyrics to this song, I can barely understand what they're saying. Great song though.

Every time they performed they showed a lot of energy. I love their live shows. Looked like they enjoyed with they were doing.

This entire album had hits on it!!! I played it straight thru, which was very common for most albums in the 70's!
mistaeric 2 years ago 13
@mistaeric Not common for Heatwave though, they knew what they were doing when they made all of their albums.
