  • They just don't make em' like they used to...

  • I can't believe I only just bought this album 34 years after release, but I can't stop playing it right through again and again. So much talent, awesome.

  • @deltango66 I was 18 the first time I had the 8 track tape of this album, my mother in law who didn't read to well ordered it from one of companies back in the 70's where you could order about 20 eight tracks for a little of nothing. She gave me the track, I loved ever song on the eight track. Those were the days.

one of the first albums I ever purchased, good times, eh?

  • This is quite good for British funk, almost up there with Average White Band (Less output).Yes Rod Temperton is a legend.

  • i love this song this the jam, I play this song a lot.

  • heatwave was before there time...a great band I loved them

  • Rod Temperton is in this Band. He wrote "Thriller" for Michael Jackson.

  • @Inteva what's crazy is some of the song's he gave to MJ he wrote for HeatWave first but they rejected them so he gave them to MJ instead, and the rest is history. Many of the songs were on MJ's Off The Wall album....wow.

  • @Inteva and ''Rock With You''

  • Every time they performed they showed a lot of energy. I love their live shows. Looked like they enjoyed with they were doing.

  • This entire album had hits on it!!! I played it straight thru, which was very common for most albums in the 70's!

  • @mistaeric Not common for Heatwave though, they knew what they were doing when they made all of their albums.

  • @mistaeric I loved every song on this eight track tape back in the day........still love it just as much............love love love Heatwave.........

  • LOVE this video! Bravo to the brave ones who aired this before MTV!
