I think the idea of a cover is not necessarily to take over the original, but to reconsider it in your own terms. The twist from the attitude of the original is what makes this a clever and interesting cover. Well done VSQ!

it will def. be easier for you to learn violin after learning piano, i play violin myself and having piano background knoweledge really helps you know where to place ur fingers on a fingerboard

I play bass, Electric, Acoustic, Mandolin and Ukulele. Piano is definitely different to violin and bass is also vastly different. I tried to play Violin a few times but the way in which you play the fret board and use the bow make it feel VERY different to the other instruments. But by all means go for it!

my partner is left handed. he does fine by restringing everything or on the upside of being left handed buys his instruments cheap because no-one wants the left handed ones, esp. secondhand. just take your time and find your own methods. itl turn out fine.
