holyprophacy I'm 5 11 and I can do reverse 180 dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just follow the right training program. I followed the training program at 50 inch vertical (dot) com but any program could be followed if you are sure they generate results

Before haters talk shit about Kobe they need to watch his beyond the glory segment. Once they see how he grew up and what shit he had to deal with then they will get a better understanding. Also for those who are under 30 yrs old, If you didn't follow his careeer from 1996 til now I'd advise you watch some older footage of kobe before you start mouting off LBJ or d-wade is better. Watch how he had to fight and claw his way to where he is now. If players now went through that they'd vanish.
