What those things mean is 'suspended' chords, although what she is calling Dsus2 and Asus4 are really D5 and A5 respectively. In major and minor chords, you take the 1st, 3rd, and 5th notes from the parent scale and play them together. If you omit the 3rd note and play the second note or the fourth not instead, then you have a suspended 2nd or suspended 4th chord.

these are also called power chords (not regarding to c(alt)) the one where your fist finger is on the 6th string is a type 1 and the 5th a type 2 so like a type II at the 5th fret

not really, just look at her finger placement on the certain strings, and then just pluck from there, it's really simple, disney music isn't hard at all unless you're a beginner

you don't need one for a easy song like this, finger picks are generally needed, for fast country music guitar playing, or blue grass style playing on the guitar, but this no, it is extremely basic and repetitive, i'm sure you wont have any problems with this
