If you watch the whole video, there actually is an easter egg.. that about box is triggered via a hidden mechanism presumably involving the mouse.

I recall opening that welcome/registration wizard over and over just to listen to the amazing bit of music it plays.

It is not a easter egg. If you install Windows 98 and it is finish, it will appear a welcome screen.

@jason24568 You're wrong. I was demonstrating Welcome screen just to see how it looks like, and some effects. Easter egg which I was demonstrating was in Registration Wizard, not on Welcome screen.
