i did watch the whole thing, but i felt you should have done your homework/research before making this. you got a lot of great stuff that i might check out.

i have 2 lip butters. i didnt find the packaging hard to open at all. /=

i got the body lotion too [not something u got], the packaging of that is BAD. like it fell in my bathroom and the pump stopped working =[
