wow, watching all these videos makes my little pond in my backyard with its little laguna pumps make it seem so crappy! :( lol. Awesome videos, though - Very clear and informative. Very inspiring. Makes me wish I had a big piece of land and and couple grand to drop on building a new pond.

2 questions, what blade are you using on the chop saw, and what kind of paint to help protect from uv do you recommend.

The blade we are using on the chop saw is a carbide tipped blade. The paint we use is a spray paint rated for out door. I am fond of the brand Krylon. We have used it with success for many years.
