@222333aaaaaa I love Brian Billick but I think he's too bland to do the primetime games, I just get tired of Aikman's voice and he doesn't have much personality in my opinion. I thought Madden was about as good as you can get an icon with a unique voice, he just had that wise football mind feel about him. I think Mayock should be there instead of Collinsworth, when I first saw him on NFL Network back when he first started I thought he seemed cocky but he really isn't. I'd go with Mayock.

Watching the playoff games this weekend once again illustrated how much better the NBC teams are. I know a lot of people like Simms, but I'm just not a big fan. To his credit, he has no ego and is willing to admit when he makes a mistake on a rule or makes a prediction that doesn't go right.

Yeah he's a tad smarmy and I can understand why people don't like him personally but as a professional play-by-play guy...tell me who's better (Michaels and maybe Harlan)? Plus he's got a great dry sense-of-humor - everything's understated, which is a welcome change of pace from all the screamers out there.
