This guy says "I may not be able to deal with the physical aspect" etc. But yet he is CEO of the company, this is what annoys me. These guys tell the "operations people" what to do yet they have never done it themselves. Fairplay to him for giving it a go. Our bosses wouldn't dream of doing this, yet they still have the nerve to tell us what to do.... They arn't facing the frontline, the complaints, the abusive residents etc...
I was thinking of throwing this up here on YouTube, but got beaten to it =] Loved every second of this Veolia episode; could've cried when it finished. Was nice to get a closer look at some of the facilities...
