Video speaks for itself...... Simple as that.. 0-60 under 6 and ALSO slightly uphill.. AND FOR ALL OF YOU THAT HAS COMMENTS, THE VIDEO IS ON MY PAGE... Enough talking!!
@truelove4uni Stfu, first off it's a minivan and no one gives a fuck ! Secondly it came with GM's shitty ass 3.4 with 185 horsepower and 4L60e trans and does 0-60 in the 10's and the 1/4 in deep 17's.
@98MAzdaMilleniaS lol right? even if his montana is capable that kind of speed (which its not) im sure his transmission would take a shit on him after a few months of driving, hell a 270hp sienna and odyssey can't even get close to that
@fullofbaddassness it could but i doubt it, not being a dick but i think the old 3.8 has like 165-170hp? This 96 has the series II with 205hp and 230tq.......this can go faster....usually right around 7.7-7.9sec when it's on a flat surface, this run was uphill.
@schrankm i wouldn't doubt it, when this had the stock wheels and tires on it it could do much more, but when i got my 17's on here i put p235/55 Goodyear eagle RS-A's on here, very sticky set of performance tires, thats why in this vid it gripped a lot better :)
@tbirdsport302 when i first bought my car, i came to the conclusion that the power it has is ridiculous. it's unbelievable how quick it is for a somewhat large sedan, although my car is a lumina LTZ
@focusonthegreen thanks, i really liked this car too, i really wish i could have kept it, had so much power for it's time and was very reliable. But, had to sell it so I could get something a little newer and that had more space :(
@1997RegalGS definitely, I just got a 2000 Buick Park Avenue, naturally aspirated. My 95 Mercury Grand Marquis was a dog compared to the performance of the Park Avenue.
@gajda1984 i can definitely see that, Vics and Marquis are geared so high that they just don't have that get up and go feeling till you hit the higher rpm's. I loved my regal, I wish i didn't have to sell it, the engine and transmission are just amazing not to mention damn near bulletproof, they'll take anything you throw at em :)
@TechMaven yeah i love the power that they have, i normally get around 27-28hwy mpg. I could probably get better if i drop my speed down a few mph lol. Where i live our interstates are 70mph and when u do 75 or more you can see a huge drop.
i just bought a 96 regal with 3.1. cnt really find thos around no moree... lol

@gtarz40ful i know lol, i just didn't think too many people would be looking for buick regal 0-70 in the youtube search bar so i made it a 0-60

@tbirdsport302 i have no idea how accurate the android spedometer app is but that put my '96 regal gs at 6 seconds flat for 0-60.
qudelkedel 6 months ago
@qudelkedel yeah i don't know either, but if it is 6 seconds that is pretty damn quick!!
tbirdsport302 6 months ago
shit, my series 2 will light em up for a good ten seconds from a stand still. it barely moves for the first five seconds when i floor it.

@tbirdsport302 I loved my Merc, but I don't like Ford AOD trannies either. It robs a lot of get up and go, I agree.

@jeff72496 yes they do, but not until the newer 1997 model and in the GS. I really wish mine was supercharged though. Thanks for commenting

I had a Series II in a 97 Olds 88. Effortless power and pretty quick for a V6. It also got 32mpg going to Florida.
