I hope I didn't attack you with my comments but believe me: I did the same mistakes you did for 2 years in which I did my workouts at home. Than a gym opened up in my village and I started to train there. As they saw me training they were like "OH MY GOD WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! After couple of years will be damaged as fuck." They sho me how to do it right and noch much more progres since 2 another years.
Hammer curls: Arms close to you body, only your lower parts of your arms move up and down SLOWLY, otherwise the whole workout doesn't make any sence... Your upper body doesn't have ANYTHING to do with hammer curls, so it doesn't have to move... in all types of biceps workout. Take less weight here, too. Abs workout was good, but again you have to do it slowly. Leg workout: Make shure your knees are behind your feet.
Next thing: Pushups. Hollow Back can never be good... Starting position is perfect, so just knick your arms and do no fancy movements with yout upper body, it should stay like on 2:05 . Your crunches are also catastrophic. Again here the upperbody has to stai straight, don't swing your upper body up and down that fast. Go down slowly, don't let the shoulders touch the ground and go up again.

Your squatting form is terrible. Stick your ass out as far as you can so your back is arched, and go down to a 90 degree angle doing four sets of eight reps.

You have no idea of what you are doing, you are hurting your tendons, bones skin, just look at your face when you are lifting you know you cant lift it, you are toned you have almost no muscle that can carry/lift you are just hurting yourself.

your doing well but the barbell of the bench press shouldn't bounce off you chest, try going down slower (even if it means reducing the weight) and stop about an inch above your chest, then go up fast, that will build good lean muscle trust me :) haha
dude, a few tips: Whan doing bench, your arms arent supposed to go lower than the bench, when doing pushups, have a straight body, like straight from ur feet to ur head, and touch the ground with either ur nose or ur chest (which is closest to the floor) when doing situps, dont use speed, use your abs to pull you body up, and you can put your legs up in the air..

Umm idk how heavy each weight was when you were doing those barbell curls, but I would advice not to use very heavy weights.. only ones which you can do atleast 30 reps on each arm. That way its safer specialy cuz your young and dont wana screw up your arms, but also because you can focus more on your form, and keeping the rest of you body stationary.. and just have the pivot in your elbow, cuz thats all your realy want. but ur doing great, keep it up (:

You lift your self up with your one foot - you shouldn't go up that far then doing sit-ups.
What kinda bicep-curls was that - the weights were too heavy for you and you used your elbow (while sitting) to lift it up and the weight was shaking.
HOWEVER, I liked your exercise using the stairs.
When so many people comment on your flaws, it surprises me that you dont learn.

what are you doing dropping the bar on your chest when you're bench pressing? When you lift the bar up, you just drop it down and wait for it to hit your chest

Umm idk how heavy each weight was when you were doing those barbell curls, but I would advice not to use very heavy weights.. only ones which you can do atleast 30 reps on each arm. That way its safer specialy cuz your young and dont wana screw up your arms, but also because you can focus more on your form, and keeping the rest of you body stationary.. and just have the pivot in your elbow, cuz thats all your realy want. but ur doing great, keep it up (:

you are doing amazeingly well with your development,,your body looks well proportioned,,which is good because alot of guys only work certaint muscle groups and don't look good,,When you feel comfortable enough to do a video in a speedo or posing trunks, It would be nice to see more of your lower extremities

@2TheGuy2 Dude...i have been training for more then a year i know its not that much but i have some amazing results..pushing the bar up and down fast is for pumping..that's what bodybuilders do before the competitions..but if you want to build a proper chest muscle...a.k.a. pecks then you do what i wrote..i mean try it out you'll see some amazing results..
