@adi1096 officially, after you last dribble and you gather the ball (aka have some kind of control of it) then you can take two steps. Three is a travel. The way lebron runs makes it so that as the ball is coming under control he is leaving into his two steps. Sometimes it is close, sometimes it is traveling that was not called. Remember, two after the last dribble.
