I try to not do that. It messes up the TIG tip and no the pipe will not blow out. It is much thicker than the ball. The pipe normally just melts through.

Nice. Like the welding part in the beginning, too. Nice tip on welding the hollow balls, too. Almost like being there. Can't wait to see the finished piece.
