Yes but there is many ways to make icecream not only the liquid nitrogen....there are natural ways to make icecream and liquid nitroge is not one of those ways my openion is....

Cat should have at least won in originality, her use of liquid nitrogen isn't an everyday thing...I would think, and those tiny chocolate floating balls from scratch is fascinating to see. Taste on the other hand...can't say anything about that, since I did not get to taste the food and that is 50% of the points.
