people here in vancouver are the worst people i have ever met.chinese looking for more money, punjabies still living like backhome india,and white people just snobby as hell,i dont see a happy future for vancouver, just more work and living with more rain, altogether a nice place with bad people and bad lifestyle.anyone looking to immigrate to vancouver or canada, i suggest you look somewhere else first.
@janansparlai Agreed! They are trying to save a province headed into a downward spiral. The govt isnt making things better by jamming through a 12% HST and jacking up the cost of services everywhere. Its great if you are a pothead or druggie looking for a place to call home. But its overrun with chinese, they basically own the province now. Ask anyone who's lived there 10-20 years and they'll admit its going to hell in a handbasket.
actually i am canadian and i live in vancouver......the thing immigrants dont realize is they're taking canadian manners as afection. The locals dont like the amount of immigrants there are here, they are taking over the country and ruining what we've built...... You would'nt see that happen in the country you came from, i garauntee that.

Everyone is welcomed to be here. Now it sounds a little selfish and racist to say no one else except for my race should stay here. If it wasn't for the rest of us this city wouldn't be the city it is today. It might of just been like Saskatchewan. Now it's all of us immigrants who made vancouver THE BEST CITY TO LIVE IN...
