well if you know fusion good enough you can easyli learn the other node based software out there , the therory and basis is the same in all of them, so if you know how to import footage into fusion then for sure you know how to import it in fusion.

@DeMilleCentral Nuke works with image sequences, I recommend .tiff extension. Render out a video with After Effects as image sequence and then import to nuke. Google all if you need.
