Play in story mode with ssj3 gotenks vs majin buu at kami's lookout, Use ssj3 gotenks super move and gotenks wil hit majin buu at the tower, there you have to pick up a dragonball. Do this 7 times, gather the dragonballs and when you have gathered them the eternal dragon will appear and then you will be able to wish fo the careckter kid goku
