Its in the top ten..... worst movies ever. I couldn't understand what they were saying half of the time, without music in most scenes where you're used to hearing it, the movie gave off an awkward silence vibe. Actors aside from three or four of them were so bad including that big boss guy.... horrible. Tatum rumbled alot anyway so on to the fighting. 4 fights.. runs away from one of them, and wins one in a stupid way.

no it is not a sequel, it has a very similar script though. I believe that they took their ideas from never back down and used different people. Never Back Down was better in my opinion.
