@spikejhm1 These 3 women have been in the industry for decades and are very talented. Frasier, Just Shoot Me, and One Day at a Time are not "bimbo" shows. Malick even won an Emmy for her work. I have watched this show several times and I have been more than satisfied. Not only is it funny, but it shows how well these ladies get along. It's not cheating when you have Betty white as one of the characters. All four of them are funny and beautiful. Betty us just an amazing lady who is funny outside of acting as well as playing the role. That's why everyone loves her. THIS SHOW STILL FALLS FLAT. Just finished watching the Season Finale. The Timing, Writing, and Chemistry just are still STALE! Using the 'Round Table in the Kitchen' gimmick? DUH! It draws a natural comparison to Golden Girls. And that's suicide! Then they 're using Melinda Ritz for the sets which draws a comparison to the fab Will & Grace sets which were a HUGE part of that show's appeal. Here again they disappoint miserably! Hope it gets better. Other than Betty White, there's NOTHING here!

It's funny that all of them talk about how important the chemistry is and how having a multi-camera show is important for comedic timing. It's funny because I see no chemistry whatsoever and the timing is ok, not amazing.

The actresses don't look comfortable - they don't stand naturally and they don't behave naturally either.

the jokes are predictable at best. It just seems like a Golden Girls for a new generation, except unfunny.

I thought they would basically take characters similar to SEX IN THE CITY and place them in the GOLDEN GIRLS setting but to be honest there's not really any SEX IN THE CITY...its all GOLDEN GIRLS with the switch being they are slightly younger and Betty White plays the Estelle Getty role. The upside is they are all funny and likable enough and better than most other new crap.
