wow, I didn't know ppl spend so much time on WOW. I couldn't imagine doing that. That's way too much time for me. Ofcourse, I'm an outdoors sort of person, even though the weather's been cold and rainy for the past month with only a few of those days actually warming up to a decent temp and staying dry.

Only things I can say, stop getting banned, and the gfx are descent yes, but even though it's not as expansive as WOW right now(since it's not very old of a game) Aion has wow beat on gfx and is the one of if not the smoothest launch in the US of any mmo to date. I do play aion, Vaziel Server, Asmo "jester".

Even though I quit this game shortly after I reached level 70 on my rogue like 2 years ago, I still get an itch to play it every so often. There was a lot about the game I really enjoyed, but It sucked me in too much.

Because you can only creat a char on the trial version and then as soon as the free trial is over, the char is deleted, or so it was when I downloaded the trial.

How to quit is simple.....getting yourself to logon to account manager and actually cancel your membership is the hard part . I think its a great game. People have fun, just don't live only in the game.  I never had any addictions in my life, I mean the closest thing to WOW was SEX. I would spend most weekends online, especially in winter, I mean it never interupted my work life, but it did probably impact my social life. So I finally decided that it was enough last March after 4+yrs.

I think if ur playing is reasonable and not all-consuming then its okay. Me, I was over-doing it. Since I have quit, I started regular exercise program, improved quality of food (I take time to make home cooked meals, and I have done a couple month-long trips to southeast asia. I think it is for the better.

What I think is bad is the addicted teenage boys that skip eating, school, friends, family, exercise and real-life to stay in game 25-50+ hrs/wk. I can't imagine if I was still in school.
