  • I've been doing the iPod thing since late 2005 with the 2G iPod Nano. I really DO like my iPod Nano, but have been wanting something less "restrictive." When you can't do or use anything then iTunes, it can get OLD quick.

I ordered a 16GB last night and cannot wait. I figured I'd just use the SD card slot for movies and others, and save the internal memory for music. Honestly, I don't know WHO'D want to pay more for the 32GB version.

  • I think the ipod is all hype... but really NOT that great. I've never found it easy to use with itunes or the menu. Plus itunes is irritating when it always pops up says "Wanna buy some music??" And you feel like shouting "NO!!" It also falls out of you pocket SO MUCH. lol, I'm thinking of getting this one, I had a Zen nano plus and loved it.. but THIS looks AMAZING.

  • this is sweet. i wish i knew this was coming out before i bought my zune

  • i wanted a zune too but i got this instead and trust me you made the better decision zune is way better than this b.c this constantly freezes and somtimes the comp. doesnt evan reconize it.

  • i'm waiting for mine in the mail! amazon has a good price! btw hey bay bay...

  • im buying this thinng in about two weeks, cant wait!! xD

  • Nice little pmp. I have never had any problems with a creative product. My fist was a Nomad Jukebox, then a V and a V plus, now this. I also had a few RCA Lyras before my V.

  • Yeah I'm sure it's great. I'm not sure because I'm sitting here with this piece of shit player getting the "white screen of death" right out of the box!!!

(and yes I've updated the firmware etc, etc...)

  • the samsung s5 is the same price but it owns this sh**

  • no wey me la jalo viendo a la morra de la derecha esta bien buenota... creo que me mequie

  • Same here Sayber im getting for my Be Day to xD

  • im getting the zen for my birthday....i want it becuase not many people have it....and so far it looks like the shit....

  • I was listening carefully and they say that the 16GB version will hold only 4000 songs(2:14-2:17), when in fact it can hold around 8000 songs.(A 1GB holds 500 songs) tut tut

  • Yo i want that chick on the right to give me a bj

  • why do you call women "bitches"??? i do a agree they are hot :P

  • does this player support ID3 ; lyrics display>

  • yes

  • ZEN OWNZZZ

  • so i have to look it up. i end up erasing the filmware and downloading the new filmware. after all thats done i figured out the only way i can get my itunes onto my zen is by taking a blank cd. burning all the songs i want (only can hold like 20 on a cd) then convert them then i can put them on my zen. FINALY

  • i donno before i got my zen (2 days ago) i used a ipod and thats were i stored all my music. ok so i get it and im like hell yea. then i install all the stuff wich toke at least an hour. then i try to put my itunes on it but guess wat, most of my songs arnt compadible with the zen. so then i needed to download a program wich will convert the songs wich toke another hour. after that i get the songs on it and i turn it on and its in recovery mode. now the instructions dont say anything about it

  • wut format were u using, cuz it shud b compatable wif mp3

  • yea i figured it out now

  • I would play them both at once.

  • i bought my yesterday and it did'nt even make it to installtion and it just shattered it broke and i bought me a sandisk sansa e260 that's sandisk better than they creative labs

  • it was probably just that one. depends on when it was made too. All my players work even after i dropped it more than a few times

  • nice sexy chick in the right

  • I have one of these. It's brilliant, better than iPod and is the SHIT! If you want a new mP3 player, get it

  • me too! this is way better than an Ipod that doesn't even have a FM tuner.

  • wow two hot chicks haha

  • they are not the point! -_-

  • COOL

  • Ahhhhh, such a nice DIVX/XVID device with a 2.5" screen vs the new ipod nano's 2" screen and is cheaper!!! And they make it like it's a plus that it plays iTunes crappy encoded 128kbps AAC? unreal. The point there is only that iTunes is a brutal DRM (digital rights management). Look, the iPod nano video is totally awesome looking, but this creative is so much more useful and will give you way less headaches.

  • File sharing networks clearly have WAY more DIVX/XVID content than iPod's mp4 video. If you intend to actually download videos and really want to not have to use software to transcode to a compatible format for you iPod (which takes time and effort), a DIVX/XVID devide can play WAY more content, and THAT is the single most important issue. This device is highly recommended.

  • Yeah.. But the video NEEDS to be converted to 320x240.. Can't just load a regular DivX onto it and play it right away.

  • that simply is not true. My archos 404 plays almost EVERY divx/xvid i put on there, NO conversion/transcoding required. What you say MIGHT be true on a Creative Zen (although i doubt it), but my archos plays almost EVERYTHING. I have a new ipod nano video too (which is pretty cool too), but the transcoding required is such a pain in the ass and takes way too long.

  • K, my bad, you are entirley correct. Zen ONLY plays 320x240 xvid/divx so transcoding will almost certainly be required. OUCH. This makes the new zen really go down in my books. I will stick with Archos or Cowon until Creative releases a flash video player capable of 640x480 svid/divx. Thanks for the excellent point.

  • Yeah. I ended up buying the IPT because nobody had the 16 gig Zen (except Creative Store online). Yesterday I actually put my order in on a 16 gig CZ from there... Guess I can transcode stuff overnight. Sucks, but, it's a neat little device anyway! I really love the IPT though. But I was so damn torn in between the IPT and the CZ I had to get both! I considered getting the Archos, but it was simply to bulky for me. It's a great player, and so is Cowon.

  • where to get that software? :(

  • divx mpeg avi? you know..the IMPORTANT details plz.

  • heh

  • show us your tits!
