@nrgjunkie Yes. You move the decimal point between 14.7 and move it to the left one digit (1.47); then eliminate the 1 and and decimal point and that is how you reach 47. Any other questions?

I think these pictures should humble scientists themselves.Their are galaxies of competing theories,and theorists.
