I guess it takes some getting used to, but I know old folks who drink a glass of straight vinegar every day and swear it makes them really healthy and they never get colds. It's not like ACV is a recent discovery! And, as someone else pointed out, drinking it actually makes you more alkaline, which is supposed to be a good thing.

Yes! I thought it was just me, but now I cannot drink my water without putting ACV in it. Also, just this morning I felt so sluggish, like I couldn't even speak without it draining me....I got me a cup of water, threw some ACV in there, and after two sips I was running around with so much energy that it threw me off...I was so surprised. I use Braggs vinegar and tried the recipe. I have a hard time drinking it with water ... (I would not suggest what I do though....I take a shot glass and fill it with the vinegar and after each swallow I chase it with the water or a flavored beverage) and I do this twice a day. The first time you try using the vinegar (for others who read this) I would suggest doing it when you have time to stay near a bathroom. This may not happen to everyone but it does tend to clean you out the first 2 days.

@sharnay4life1 You can use any brand and it would be equally effective, but don't use more than 2 spoonfuls in a glass of water. The vinegar is acidic, and can wind up doing more harm than good. Too much of anything is a bad thing. Plus, it tastes and smells too bad to be able to drink straight up. Hope this helps.

@sharnay4life1 That depends on you, I would not go over what she recommends in the video (drinking 3X a day). I only drank it the morning, my ACV is diluted in a larger glass of water. Depending on the individual it might take as few as a couple days to a 2 weeks to feel the benefit. I personally was drinking it to help clear up my acne, and it worked, in conjunction with me applying ACV to the skin. I consulted google and asked my doctor before starting that regimen. Good luck :)
