@talentlesssquibs get the cats moral higher and this should solve your problem worked for my on the 360

@talentlesssquibs i found the problem a while ago you need to get the moral high, i got mine to 92 and they started to talk. i think it wasnt the guard it was the other one.

I only have one problem. when you wait behind the crates for the conversation, they dont say anything. The guard walks up and they just stand there till around 4 am then just walk away. I have tried confronting them afterward but it doesnt work. Know any way to get around or fix this??

if your a vampire..... find a sleeping person

(a guard if your desperate) and try to talk to them.

a popup will appear asking feed or talk

select feed. there wil be a cool little animation

and you can walk in the day. if the frustration starts again talk to the vampire in the dark brotherhood, or raminus polus at the arcane university. or if you want to save yourself some time talk to the count of skingrad

(the vampire) and ask about the cure and go from there. you can buy the cure after quest

dawnfang will change into duskfang in 12hrs

and duskfang will return to dawnfang

when u go through into shivering isles and get past the gatekeeper u go find sheogorath and hell get u to get some place working again and a guy in this location will give it to u once uve fixed the place nomatter what u do despite what other people say =]! so u can kill them (3 adventures)or drive em mad i drove them mad (smily face button)as makes little difference lol!

try reloading the game like, load t the last time before you started the quest and do it again. thats what i did...

I have that same problem! They stare at each other for hours but won't speak until I talk to them. At that point they say that someone is watching them and they won't talk!

Go to the hotel, sleep for 24 hours. Then sleep until 11. After that, make the tormentor wait out of site, then go and crouch behind the boxes. Wait for an hour, then they will be there and should start talking. I had the same problem until I did that, hope I helped.
