I love London Boys since I heard their melodies and voices in rare 1988... so up-lifting, so rich, so sunny and nobody compares to LB till today. This is my opinion.
Amazing songs and an era that needs to make a return and I have a strong idea the hit factory magic will return. Even though London Boys werren't PWL their sound was very clever, and even like Michaela's hit Take Good Care of my Heart X
the real music, the 80's now all we have are sick, butt showing, blabbing singers (if you can call them) who dont even sing, and you have to be a loser in life to relate to what they sing.
the london boys and most of the 80's artist embody pure talent, energy and yes, fun. that was the time i knew they were really singing... god blessed us with the 80's talents, i hope we get them back today, we need real artists now...
Yes. we need more people like this in today's music. They ain't showing off with scantly clad babes...ain't drivin' a merc with a rolex on..and there ain't no pyramids and eye's! Just pure energy...good times! God bless the london boys.
Cryinn, crying, cry boy(2x)/Broken dreams, a tale of old lang syne/The bells are ringing/Maybe you will still be mine/When I awake tomorrow in a bed for two/I'm such a silly fool/To keep on missing you/Oh yes I know know yes I know/
Crying at the Chapel of Love/Another day goes by without you/I love you/Chapel of Love/I'm crying in the night/I'm on the run, run, run again/
Chapel of Love/And therein nothing else I can do about it/I'm left without hope/Down/At the chapel of Love
My sister & I remember this song playing here in Chicago on then High Energy 88.7 FM back in the 90s. We've been searching for this for years. Thank you for sharing!
London Boys were a German based, British dance pop duo comprising Edem Ephraim (born 1 July 1959, London) and Dennis Fuller (born 19 June 1959, Jamaica), both of whom were killed in an Alpine car accident in Austria on 21 January 1996.[1]
yes, there may have been a lot of crap around back then (not the London boys of course) but they do seem to have a lot more fun, whereas todays artists take themselves far too seriously.
So awesome to see this! I bought this 12" single in 90 and always wondered what the video looked like since I am from the US. Long live Euro-Trash!!! I mean that in a good way!!!!
Had never saw this video before.10 out of 10 Helen.Checked up my chart info. This only got to 75 in June 1990!!A lost classic from the boys.Fantastic song.So catchy.
My God I have not heard their songs since they were around in the 1980s, and when they first hit the UK charts I think in the late 80s I was around 12 or 13. I was quite shocked to read of their death in 1996 - I remember all that it merited at the time was a tiny paragraph in The Mirror.
Never saw this video before. Great!!! Very good song. Strong melody and production. So eighties. But than again so good. This kind of songs I miss the most. Ralf Rene was a very good producer!! Together with S.A.W.
Thanks for sharing this! London Boys have long been one of my all-time favorite groups. Chapel of Love is my favorite song of theirs. I found the extended play version on vinyl in a second-hand dance music shop in London a few years back, and ended up almost wearing out the record.
The world lost two great talents when they were taken from us in that tragic accident several years ago. RIP London Boys. You were/are the best!
Hi, if you like these new London Boys videos please don't forget to give them a good rating so other people also stand a chance to find them higher up. Thanks, Helen ;)
@jason2788 i was a big LB fan in the 80's & the kids at school used to bully me because i wasnt a Brosette. So i pissed the lot of them off by saying i was a londonette!!!
I love London Boys.

CO ZA MELODIA !!! 10!!!!!!!!!!

* Edem i Dennis ! postacie pełne ciepła i uśmiechu *
Piękny utwór ! teledysk przepełniony tańcem i silną melodią.
Barwa głosu i słodki rytm ograny na wszystkie możliwe sposoby tworzy piosenki niezwykle melodyjne i taneczne.
To coś więcej niż imponujące - Brawo !!!
Pomimo, że upłynęło dużo czasu to jednak bardzo przykro, że było im pisane tak krótkie życie.
