"Filmed in Crap-o-Vision" Really though, the subject is worth every inch on film on earth.I was just recently a fan of film, but it looks like video and the new Red HD camera is winning. Even the new film and 16mm cameras look great, but video is sharper. This is some great work documenting these very special places. I need a "river sherpa"; any ideas? Someone to guide me down the rivers and camp. I will pay well for the services.

Great footage. When was this filmed? Early to mid 1960's? I bet it was very unusual to take a movie camera along in those days
I grew up in Mo. and still believe it has some of the best rivers for family canoe trips. We still try to get back for one at least once a year.

It was filmed in the early 1960's using a bolex 16mm camera.

Was this part of a television production?
