go to Build mode or hit F2 i think, and it shows a picture of stairs.

do you have sims 2 for ps2? It does not allow stairs.

Well i do have one way to improve your videos.. If there is any way to not let it keep playing the music after the house building? I would do it if I were you. Just a thought. :)
